An animator at heart, Loïc Duranson supports hoteliers and restaurateurs on a daily basis in all areas, with infectious enthusiasm and recognized professionalism. Loïc Duranson holds a BTS in sales and is a graduate of Rennes Business School, with a 100% Horeca background. In 2000, he opened a Libertel hotel, then joined an independent owner whose portfolio of 12 hotels he marketed in France and abroad. In 2010, he became Sales Director of Exclusive Hotels, which fell into the hands of Groupe Ducasse and joined Teritoria. In 2019, Xavier Alberti entrusts him with the management of all his skills: Network, Consulting and Sales.

Listening to hoteliers and restaurant owners, Sandrine innovates to bring solutions to their HR issues. With a D.E.S.S. in Human Resources from Sciences Po Bordeaux and more than twenty years of experience, including ten years in the sector, within the Alain Ducasse Group or Elior Group, she is a driving force in the development of new services from majorian. Quality of life at work, human resources management and recruitment are all important challenges for the sector that this Basque woman, who joined the majorian adventure in July 2022, wishes to take up.
